Are you taking health insurance?

No. We are charging a monthly fee that covers your primary care visit.

Can I be seen if I have Medicare ?

Yes. We are not billing your insurance. You can use your Medicare or Supplemental Plan for your specialist referrals, prescriptions, and imaging and other tests.

What if I need a referral?

We can refer you to whatever specialist is within health insurance network.

Can you see me by video call?

Absolutely. Sometimes all it takes is a phone call to take care of you. However, if we need to examine you, we will ask you to come in so we can diagnosis you correctly.

Does my membership cover labs?

We can draw your blood in office. Most labs in the area bill your health insurance.

Will you need to transfer records?

Probably not. We will have access to all of your Mychart/Epic records.
